A Randazzo Dance birthday party package includes a dance class and choreography to your child’s favorite kind of music, a wonderful Randazzo Dance instructor and a show for parents at the end of the party! Additionally, a private studio as well as tables and chairs for you to open gifts and share any treats, food, cake, games, crafts you would like to bring in.

Details:
Party includes 45 minutes of dance instruction and dance/movement related activities and 45 minutes for cake, cupcakes, snacks, gifts, games, etc. Party fee is $185 for up to 8 children ages 3+ with $10 for each additional child.
Typical Party Age Range:
Parties are typically geared towards children within the ages 3 through 10 years old but accommodations for differentiated instruction can be made. Parties that may wish to host an older range of students with a Modern/Lyrical/Hip Hop/Musical Theater twist may be subject to an increase in cost due to hiring a teacher specific to that age group and dance genre. After filling out the party request form we will have a better understanding of your party and be able to tell you what type of instructor will be needed.

A Randazzo Dance staff member will open the studio 30 minutes prior to the party for the host (grown ups) to set up. The studio will be open 15 minutes after the party for tear down/clean up/goodbyes.
Party Days/Times:
During the academic school year parties can typically be hosted Friday, Saturday, or Sunday afternoons when classes have finished taking place at the studio. Most parties in the summer months can be accommodated during the weekday/weekends as long as staff is available. Contact the studio to learn what days/times are currently available.
Party Guest Apparel:
What should my guests wear? No need to ask your party guests to wear traditional dance clothes, unless you want. Anything comfortable they can dance in OR that matches your theme is ok with us. No need to worry about dance shoes either, we’re good with just socks or bare feet. No street shoes in the studio.
How to schedule a party?
Send randazzodance@gmail.com an email ATTENTION: Birthday Request with two or three possible dates and a party coordinator will get back to you ASAP with follow up forms and information.
Party Regulations:
Party Waivers: In order to participate, each party guest must have a completed, signed waiver. The waiver can be obtained by clicking here or at the studio. We will also have copies available the day of your designated party for grown ups to complete if needed.
Absolutely no alcohol allowed on the premises.
Host parent is able to arrive 30 minutes prior to the start time of the party and must vacate the premises no later than 15 minutes after the end time of the party. Any additional time will require an additional $25.00 fee added to the party balance.
Guest parents are welcome to stay and watch the party and/or can join the party for the last 5-10 minutes for the special performance.
Small/simple food such as snacks, cake, cupcakes, and pizza are allowed; no extensive catering allowed.
Payment is due the day of the scheduled party via DSP Portal, cash, or check.
A $50 non-refundable deposit to hold the date and dance instructor is due at time of booking.
Need to cancel? That’s ok. We just ask that you give us 24 hour notice or you will be subject to a $75 charge.
